1. All Sales Are Final

By purchasing from Crivelli Blooms, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

2. Perishable Nature of Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are only granted under specific circumstances:

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If reaching out after business hours, please leave a detailed message with your contact information, and we will respond on the next business day.

  • We are happy to replace items that were damaged during shipping.

  • Refunds are not issued; however, if an issue cannot be resolved, we may offer in-store credit.

  • Returns are accepted only for quality concerns—personal preferences regarding the arrangement’s style or design do not qualify for a return.

3. Recipient’s Responsibility

To maintain the longevity of the flowers, it is the recipient’s responsibility to water them and follow proper care instructions.

4. Ordering for Someone Else

When sending flowers as a gift, please select arrangements that suit the recipient’s taste. Style preferences are not valid grounds for a return or exchange.

5. Substitutions and Availability

  • We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar blooms to maintain the overall “look and feel” of the arrangement.

  • If you require a specific flower or product, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

6. Delivery Times​

  • Deliveries are scheduled for morning or afternoon timeframes. For specific timed deliveries, please contact our team in advance.

7. Recipient’s Availability

  • It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the specified date.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a refund or exchange will not be provided, as we will have fulfilled our obligation by delivering as requested.
